Security Install Solutions maintains a 24/7 staffed call center where our customers will always reach a live operator.   Whether you call during normal business hours or after-hours, your call is extremely important to us.

Our customers can initiate a service request by calling our office 303-325-5987 (local) or 877-890-5153 (toll-free), or by simply sending an email to help@secinstall.com with the nature and location of the service request and point of contact for return call.   Security Install Solutions has established primary and secondary contacts to ensure that our customers’ service needs and concerns are addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We offer service level agreements that range from simple time and material based upon established rates to comprehensive coverage with a guaranteed 4-hour response time.

Our customer resource management (CRM) tool provides tracking of every service request, from the initial request to the final service resolution.  Our CRM tool allows us to verify the person requesting service is authorized to do so.  Once verified, our Service Coordinator will capture the date and time of the service request, the type of system needing service and the issue reported.  In many cases the issue reported can be resolved over the phone.  If needed, a technician will be dispatched in accordance with the customer’s service level agreement.  Our CRM tool allows us to capture the time the technician is dispatched, arrives on-site, the resolution of the issue reported, including any parts needed, and the time the technician leaves the site.  If our customers ever have questions about previous service calls, our CRM tool allows us to provide detailed reports for as long as they are a customer.
